Another pair of St. Patrick's Day themed lunches, this time in Laptop Lunch boxes.
Bean has pepper jack cheese cubes and Ritz crackers with pickles, tuna salad in the larger closed container, a mandarin orange with a few blueberries and some blackberries, and sunflower seeds in the small closed container.
The gold at the end of the rainbow = gold foil chocolate coins, yum! This container also has a lid, which protected the crackers from any juice that might have potentially leaked from the pickles.
I am really starting to love these boxes. I was a tiny bit cautious at first, just because there are so many little dishes and pieces to fiddle around with, but the more I use them the more I love them. The little containers are so convenient to swap around and even leave out if you need more space for something bigger. The little space on the side is perfect for holding a spoon or fork, or even fruit or a granola bar.
For Princess, fruit and veggies with ranch dip, yogurt with sprinkles, bits of roasted turkey, Pirate's Booty, and some sunflower seeds.
Her delicious rainbow of fruits and veggies is made of red and yellow sweet bell pepper spears, baby carrots, celery sticks, and blackberries. A pair of gold foil wrapped chocolate coins are tucked in next to the ELB Mini Dipper full of ranch dressing.
If you have been on the fence about buying Laptop Lunch boxes, I say go for it! They're pretty great! I have packed lunches for kids and for adults in them and they are perfectly sized for either.
